Kevin’s venture into real estate started over a decade ago when he left active duty Air Force and joined the Air National Guard. At that time he needed an additional source of income and started looking for investment opportunities beyond the stock market. Initially unsure of how to get started, he decided on pursuing his real estate license so he could setup showings for himself, learn how to write offers, and manage other people’s properties. It was slow going at first, but eventually found his niche in multi family and small commercial properties. Once the pieces started to fall into place, friends and family began reaching out for services and advice, and his passionate pursuit was ignited.
Focused on multi-family investments and their management, Kevin's radar also tracks the residential and homeownership facets of real estate. Armed with a Mechanical Engineering degree from CSU, his knack for problem-solving comes in handy when tackling the challenges inherent in every real estate deal. Kevin retired from the Air Force in 2022 and is committed to being a full time asset to those looking to invest in their financial future and livelihood through real estate.
Most recently, Kevin has worked on transforming a commercial building in Downtown Fort Collins, into a creative co-working space. The project provides the opportunity for growth and collaboration with others, inspiring future endeavors in an ever changing real estate market.
When Kevin is not real estate-ing, he enjoys mountain biking and skiing with his friends and two kiddos. He is also an avid gardener and obsessive plant collector.
